Payment made through the website is possible by most major credit cards, google pay, venmo and shop pay allowing you to make payments through interest-free installments.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates for US and Europe orders are shown at checkout and are based on the customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help you! Your feedback is always very important to us. You can exchange or return items for other sizes, colors or styles available in stock. If the exchange value is higher than the initial order value, the difference must be paid via original payment method, and we will inform you of the amount. If the value is lower, don't worry, we will refund you the difference via original payment method within 10 business days. The cost of shipping the product to our address is the customer's responsibility, while shipping the new product is our responsibility. Products purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are final sale. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. In most cases, refunds are received within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
STEP BY STEP FOR YOUR EXCHANGE:
1. Send an email to algaeswim@gmail.com with the subject "EXCHANGE".
2. In the body of the email, we ask that you include your full name, order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
3. As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you to confirm the availability of the item chosen for exchange.
4. The order must be sent to the address provided in the email.
5. As soon as your product arrives, we will check and analyze its condition. It must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
6. If your item does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to you and unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
STEP BY STEP FOR YOUR RETURN:
1. Send an email to algaeswim@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN". The procedure is very similar to the EXCHANGE.
2. After analysis, if the item does not meet the mentioned requirements, it will be returned to the same shipping address and the purchase cannot be refunded.
3. If the item meets the mentioned requirements, the refund will be made after receiving the product and the purchase amount will be refunding to the original payment method.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
1. The product must be sealed in perfect condition, with no signs of tampering or use.
